Contract Type: Fixed Term6 months
Working Hours:37 hours per week

About the Role

As aBusiness Support Assistant you willbe responsible for:

  • Minuting meetings such as strategy meetings and panels
  • Monitoring a busy inbox
  • Record updating
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Updating trackers by the use of Excel
  • Coordinating childrens savings data
  • Completing SARs
  • Ensuring deadlines met for Review Health Assessments and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaires
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support a service of 5 teams
