Summary:
The Business Support Assistant will provide efficient and professional administrative support to childcare fostering and adoption teams to ensure the effective delivery of services for children young people families carers and professionals. Working within a fast-paced office environment the post holder will undertake a broad range of administrative and clerical duties including minute taking record management correspondence handling and general business support.
Responsibilities:
Undertake day-to-day office administration including filing scanning photocopying data entry document preparation and correspondence management.
Organise meetings appointments reviews and service-related events including booking rooms and arranging schedules.
Ensure compliance with data protection confidentiality safeguarding and information governance requirements.
Ensure compliance with data protection confidentiality safeguarding and information governance requirements.
Qualifications:
Good standard of education including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
Essentials:
Experience working in an administrative clerical or office support environment.
Experience undertaking minute taking and preparing accurate meeting records.
Experience using databases electronic filing systems and office software packages.

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
