What youll do
As a Business Services Assistant your day-to-day will be varied giving you the opportunity to learn and grow your career in a friendly corporate environment. using your skills to provide general customer service and admin support to the business.
In this role youll:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail couriers scanning photocopying and document production including binding and laminating.
- Manage stationery IT consumables and office supplies ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Support new starters and leavers with workspace equipment and office set-up requirements.
- Maintain meeting rooms client areas and office facilities including AV set-up and catering support.
- Provide a professional front-of-house service covering reception visitors and events as required.
- Liaise with contractors engineers and service providers supporting the smooth running of office operations.
- Support health and safety compliance including Fire Warden and First Aid responsibilities where required.
- Travel occasionally to support other office locations and undertake additional duties as requested by the Office Manager.

- Experience working in an office or business support environment ideally handling post administration and workplace support activities.
- A highly professional positive and proactive approach with pride in delivering high standards of service.
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities work flexibly and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good IT literacy attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- An interest in workplace operations facilities management and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and practices (desirable).
- Ability to work 36.25 hours per week on a shift pattern between 08:00 and 18:00.
- A shared passion for innovation collaboration and achieving great results together.
