Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team youll help ensure the schools finances people premises and business operations are managed effectively and continue to support the schools long-term ambitions.

The School Business Manager will have a broad remit across the schools business operations including:

• Leading financial planning budgeting and monitoring

• Overseeing procurement contracts and supplier relationships

• Managing HR payroll and recruitment processes

• Supporting premises estates and health & safety management

• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and financial requirements

• Providing management information and financial reports to senior leaders

• Supporting strategic planning and school improvement projects

• Leading and developing the schools business support functions
