Business Manager

Your purpose in the role

As Business Manager you will have responsibility for providing high quality support to a functional Director with this vacancy aligned to the People & Strategy Director.

You will proactively manage multi-channel executive support and act as a thought partner on functional priorities reporting and governance. You will engage across the People & Strategy Leadership Team in support of department deliverables and support the wider Executive Office as required.

This is a varied and exciting role and would suit an ambitious individual looking to deliver a meaningful impact to the organisation and build knowledge capability and credentials for future career progression.

Qualifications :

What youll be doing

• Managing the Directors diary inbox and priorities adapting quickly as business needs change.
• Driving actions and follow-up across leadership and governance meetings.
• Supporting the People & Strategy Leadership Team with agendas papers minutes actions and decision tracking.
• Analysing information and presenting insights to support decision-making.
• Preparing briefings reports and correspondence that require discretion and sound judgement.
• Creating internal communications and supporting global communication plans.
• Building strong relationships across the Executive Office the People & Strategy function and the wider organisation.
