Role overview

TheBusiness Intelligence Analystwillbe responsible fordesigningdevelopingandmaintaininginteractive and informative dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis report generation and a deep understanding of business intelligence concepts. This role requires collaboration with various departments to gather requirements and ensure the effective use of Power BIand other ABM &third-partyplatformsto meet& align operational demands& otherinnovations.

Main Duties:

• Design develop andmaintainPower BIand otherdashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

• Data Modelling: Create andmaintainefficient data models including data cleaning transformation and aggregation.

• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources including databases cloud services and APIs ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborateand alignwith business users clients andthird partyservice partnersto understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements anddashboardsolutions.

• Performance Optimisation: Optimise the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards ensuring quick load times and responsive interactions.

• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users onall platformsfunctionalitiesand best practices.

• Documentation:Maintaincomprehensive documentation for Power BI solutions including data models reports and dashboards.

• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest Power BI features toolsindustryinnovationsand best practices to continuously improve reportinganalyticscapabilitiesand client experience.

Desired Experience:

Experience:

• Education:Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum of2years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics with a strong focus on Power BI dashboards within a client environment

Technical Skills:

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Power BI including DAX and Power Query.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms.

• Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools such as SSRS SSIS and SSAS is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsincluding senior client levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications.

• Experience: Experience inFacilities Management Industryis a plus.

• Additional Skills: Familiarity with other data visualization tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
