As we deliver our ambitious2030 Growth Strategy were looking for a Business Finance role will support the Commercial Business Finance team in delivering high-quality financial insight reporting and analysis to enable informed business decision-making. You will play a key role in helping the business understand performance drivers through the delivery of robust reporting and analysis supporting financial planning performance reviews and commercial decision-making.
This role is suited to a part-qualified or newly qualified finance professional looking to develop within a commercially focused finance environment and build a career in business partnering.
Who Were Looking For:
You will bring:
Part-qualified or newly qualified finance professional (e.g. CIMA ACCA ACA or equivalent).
A commercially minded approach with curiosity and a desire to understand business performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into clear business insight.
Experience of financial reporting KPI analysis budgeting forecasting or variance analysis.
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills with confidence working with large datasets (experience or interest in GenAI would be beneficial).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
What Youll Be Doing:
Support the preparation and delivery of month-end reporting and financial performance analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes through analysis reporting and financial insight.
Carry out variance analysis identifying trends risks and opportunities against budgets forecasts and prior performance.
Translate financial analysis into meaningful insights to support business and operational leaders
Support continuous improvement in financial reporting analysis and business processes
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Respond to internal data and reporting requests across the business.
