What Youd Be Doing in This Role

Canva is on a serious growth trajectory in EMEA and the BDR team is at the heart of it. As we move from being a design tool to an enterprise platform your role is to open the doors finding the right companies sparking the right conversations and building the pipeline that fuels our next chapter.

At the moment this role is focused on:

• Prospecting into target accounts across EMEA identifying the right people and finding creative ways to start genuine conversations

• Running outbound sequences across email phone and LinkedIn that are researched personalised and actually worth reading

• Qualifying inbound leads and converting marketing-sourced interest into real sales opportunities

• Collaborating closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategy and prioritise the right accounts

• Keeping your pipeline data clean and accurate in Salesforce so we can trust what were seeing and make good decisions

• Feeding insights from the frontline back to the team whats resonating whats not what we should try next

• Contributing to the teams goal of generating $140M in sales-generated pipeline through smarter more targeted prospecting

Youre Probably a Match If:

• Youre curious and do your homework you research before you reach out and it shows in the quality of your outreach

• Youre resilient and dont take rejection personally you treat a not now as useful information not a dead end

• You communicate clearly and confidently in writing and on the phone and you know how to adapt your message to different audiences

• Youre organised and can manage a high volume of activity without letting things fall through the cracks

• Youre excited about Canvas product and can speak to why businesses should care about it youre not just pitching youre helping people see something they hadnt noticed

• You thrive in a team environment and share what youre learning so everyone gets better together

About the Team

Were the Sales & Success Supergroup within Canvas Go To Market Org the team responsible for bringing Canvas enterprise story to life and growing our B2B EMEA were building out our sales motion from the ground up which means real ownership a tight-knit team and a genuine chance to shape how we go to market across the region. Were ambitious about what comes next and we want people who are too.
