Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking an experienced and commercially drivenBusiness Development Manager (Music)to lead the growth of our Music Publishing and Audio-Visual Services activities.
This is a key leadership role for someone withsubstantial experience in the commercial music publishing industryand a strong understanding of publishing copyright licensing and catalogue development. You will identify new opportunities grow revenue streams expand audiences and strengthen SATCoLs position within the UK and international music markets.
Working closely with our in-house team and industry partners you will drive the development of our publishing catalogue support the growth ofSAmusicplay and lead our Audio-Visual Services Unit.
We are looking for a commercially astute leader with a strong industry network a proven track record of growing publishing revenues and catalogues and the ability to build influential partnerships that deliver long-term commercial success.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Support Centre in Wellingborough.

- Havesignificant experience in commercial music publishing including catalogue development copyright and licensing
- Have a proven track record of growing music publishing revenues and building successful industry partnerships
- Can influence and build strong relationships with composers arrangers conductors contest organisers and other key stakeholders
- Are a strategic commercially minded leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver results
