What You Will Do
Lead business development activities in the Data Center and High Tech segments across Europe.
Serve as the main point of contact for strategic prospects including hyperscalers and colocation providers.
Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador with a strong focus on safety sustainability water efficiency and innovation.
Conduct proactive prospecting: generate qualified leads visit nonbuying customers and expand Ecolabs presence in the market.
Manage a substantial pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate timely sales forecasts.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting highpriority opportunities.
Build strong networks and establish relationships with key decision makers and technical influencers.
Use your industry knowledge and consultative sales expertise to understand customer needs identify tailored solutions and deliver value.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical teams marketing operations supply chain) to secure new business and support complex proposals.
Your Profile
University degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering or Chemistry preferred).
6 years of successful B2B industrial sales experience with a consultative approach.
Strong communication skills and excellent execution capabilities.
Proactive cando attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel across Europe.
Ideally prior experience or knowledge of water treatment or related industrial sectors.
