Are you ready to make a meaningful impact At Boots were embarking on an exciting HR Transformation journey modernising our technology to create a simpler more seamless experience for our colleagues. As aBusiness Architect (Lead/E2E) youll play a pivotal role in delivering change that will benefit over 50000 colleagues across the UK and Ireland.

Youll be part of a dynamic HR team working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our People Transformation programme. Your expertise will help us embed new technology and ways of working that support our colleagues and the business for years to come.

What youll be doing
  • Overseeing E2E People processes to ensure a seamless user journey for both the People function and our colleagues.

  • Collaborating with Workstream Leaders to meet business and design requirements for our Target Operating Model.

  • Supporting process design decisions and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process efficiencies and standardisation.

  • Documenting future state processes and contributing to design configuration workbooks.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Strong knowledge of People Function Processes.

  • Experience using ARIS and BPMN.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance big picture thinking with small details.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • A critical thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo for process improvement.

It would be great if you also have
  • Experience in change management and user experience design.

  • Familiarity with data migration and reporting insights.
