As a Business Architect - Absence you will be a key player in ensuring the successful delivery of the People Transformation programme. Forming part of the Business Architecture network your role will ensure that the processes for the Absence workstream are designed and aligned to business objectives delivering against functional requirements. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders inputting into change impacts operating model design and testing.
- Collaborate with Workstream Lead and SMEs to ensure business processes meet requirements.
- Work with the Lead Business Architect to ensure end-to-end processes align with the Target Operating Model.
- Support process design decisions ensuring integrity within the design.
- Participate in design workshops to identify business needs and opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Document future state processes and contribute to design configuration workbooks.
- Ability to navigate between big picture and small detail throughout the project.
- Detail-oriented with a user experience focus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Critical thinker willing to challenge for process improvement.
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines.
- Experience in BPMN or previous process mapping.
- Knowledge of Boots Absence Processes.
