THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

CMRB is looking for a Business Analyst based out of Milton Keynes.

This role sits within the Communications Marketing & Responsible Banking (CM&RB) division & reports into the Senior Business Manager for CM&RB.

Support the effective operation of the CM&RB division through strong divisional governance risk and control oversight and continuous improvement. Provide insight on divisional performance coordinate key governance activity and support transformation initiatives that improve how the division operates.

Were shaping the way we workthrough innovation cutting-edge technology collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Performance insights: Analysis of business drivers and key KPIs to report against the CMRB functional plan.

  • Coordinate key divisional governance and reporting ensuring actions decisions and dependencies are captured owned and progressed.

  • Support small change projects in the function through the development of business cases and monitoring of progress.

  • Risk management support for the CMRB division including the management of the monthly Risk and Control meeting packs and minutes.

  • Work with business owners to identify emerging risks control gaps and overdue actions escalating material concerns where appropriate.

  • Production of diagnostic and analytical research to support process improvement opportunities and mitigation of potential risks.

  • Support selected People and operational processes that enable the division to run effectively including workforce movements and mandatory training oversight.

  • Undertake efficiency reviews across CM&RB using data and process analysis to identify opportunities to simplify automate or improve ways of working.

  • Translate identified opportunities into clear recommendations benefits and actions for leadership consideration.

  • Support delivery of small transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives tracking milestones dependencies benefits and risks.

  • Work across CM&RB teams to identify opportunities to use technology automation and improved processes to reduce manual activity and improve effectiveness.

Professional Experience

  • Working knowledge of Financial Services industry and competitor and industry trends.

  • General understanding of the company its products processes and governance

  • An understanding of risk regulatory and compliance frameworks

  • Good organisational awareness including strategic agenda of San UK and its business model.

  • Previous experience in budget administration and tracking.

  • Highly numerate sound analytical skills.

  • Previous experience in Project management as a support role.

Education

  • Graduate (desirable)

Skills

  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.(Required)

  • Ability to work well with others across the functional teams

  • Ability to present findings from analysis in a clear and articulate manner.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Uses all available channels and mechanisms to effectively to communicate to all employees across the bank. (Required)

Salary Range:
35452.00 - 53178.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
