Business Analyst

Were looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Transformation team within Underwriting Collective (UWC). Working closely with business and technology stakeholders youll play a key role in delivering initiatives that improve processes systems and ways of working across the business.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather analyse and document business requirements user stories and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops interviews and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Act as the link between business teams and developers ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Build stakeholder consensus secure approvals and support informed decision-making throughout delivery.
• Identify risks impacts and dependencies to support the successful delivery of change initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a change transformation or project delivery environment.
• Strong requirements gathering process mapping and documentation skills including user stories functional requirements and process flows.
• Experience delivering digital systems or technology-led initiatives ideally within insurance financial services or another regulated industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence challenge and build consensus across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies with experience working alongside development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a collaborative approach and focus on delivering business value.

• A collaborative and positive approach to working with others.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Curiosity and a desire to understand problems challenge thinking and identify practical solutions.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Youll be joining a collaborative Transformation team at the heart of Underwriting Collective helping to deliver meaningful business and technology initiatives that support the continued growth of PIB Group.
