Business Administration apprenticeship

St Albans Catholic High School are looking for a driven and focused candidate to join their busy administration team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience whilst working towards a level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Working week

Mon-Thurs 08:30 - 17:00 1 hour Lunch
Fri 08:30 - 16:30 1 hour Lunch

37 hours per week

Wage

9.00 per hour

Wage rises to National Minimum Wage after 12 months if over 19 years old.

Qualification

Business Administration level 3

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of agendas briefing papers reports presentations correspondence and other documentation using Microsoft Office 365
• Learning to produce accurate meeting minutes action logs and follow-up documentation for meetings.
• Supporting the monitoring and tracking of actions arising from meetings to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
  
• Maintaining confidential electronic and paper filing systems in accordance with Trust procedures and data protection requirements
• Assisting with academy onboarding conversion and Trust development projects through effective administrative coordination
  
• Assisting with the ordering and management of office supplies and equipment
• Contributing ideas that improve administrative systems digital processes and ways of working across the Trust

Education and qualifications

Maths and English at GCSE level A-C (4-9) or functional skills equivalent.
