Were currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join an established automotive business covering customers across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

This is a customer-focused sales role working with both existing and new customers to grow the companys range of support maintenance and aftersales services.

The role:

• Develop new business opportunities across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Proactively promote support maintenance and service contracts
• Identify opportunities for contract renewals and additional sales
• Regularly contact customers and prospects to understand their needs
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity on the CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise aftersales and support opportunities
• Handle sales and contract documentation professionally
• Work towards agreed sales and profitability targets

What Theyre looking for:

• Previous automotive industry experience is desirable
• Strong sales business development or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident making cold calls and developing new business
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Good computer skills
• Able to organise your own workload and work independently
• Motivated by achieving targets
• Full UK driving licence
