An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bursary Assistant to join Rugby School Group based at Old Buckenham Hall School in the Suffolk countryside. This is a standalone role based on site supporting the Director of Operations with a comprehensive and secretarial support service so that they can undertake their role with maximum effectiveness and providing the Assistant Bursar with administrative duties.
You willbe requiredto provide an efficient and effective administration skills be highly numerate and happy to jump in where required. We are looking for a candidate who can organise internal and external meetings deal with correspondence and maintain appropriate confidentiality at all times. You will be required to process orders process purchase invoices on system and assist with extra invoicing.
