Our Role

We are looking for a Senior Building Inspector / Building Inspector to join our Exeter team to assist covering areas in the SouthWe are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.

You will need

• Ideally BSR registration of Class 2A-F for plan checking and site inspection or 2 A B D looking to progress. 2 A would be considered.
• Conversant with relevant legislation technical guidance and the RBI code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
• Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
• Current valid driving licence
