As a Community Brokerage Co-Ordinatoryou can make a real differencesourcing homecare for people who need it.

You will negotiateindividual packages of careand participate in making sure resources are used effectively to ensure value for money. Engaging with key providers to enhance positive working practices and development and growth of services.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are a team player
  • Have a passion for delivering customer service
  • Have MS Office skills
  • Have an aptitude for accuracy and consistency
  • Are self-motivated and well organised
