What Youll Do

• Optimize operational workflows to boost accuracy efficiency and turnaround times.
• Identify and mitigate risks ensuring adherence to regulatory reporting and internal governance requirements.
• Manage key technical processes including signed lines invoicing tax schedules and other core London Market documentation.
• Collaborate closely with brokers clients carriers and third parties to maintain smooth placement and postplacement operations.
• Support team performance contributing to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives as the new broking team grows.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a similar London Market technical or operations role ideally within Financial or Professional Lines.
• Working knowledge of London Market systems platforms and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and core market processing tools.
• A proactive solutionsfocused approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for helping support a highperforming operational function.
