Broker Support Specialist

Join our Global Facultative team at Gallagher Re as a Broker Support Specialist!

Youll play a key role in supporting brokers with day-to-day activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional service.

This is a fast-paced role where youll manage multiple priorities build strong relationships and contribute to the success of our clients and business.

• Create and manage compliant contracts wordings and endorsements.
• Handle client submissions quotes renewals and correspondence.
• Oversee onboarding activities including KYC and TOBAs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate data entry in our systems.
• Collaborate with brokers servicing teams and other stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support operational excellence by adhering to internal controls and best practices.

• You will have experience from a similar role.
• Youre skilled in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Youre organised detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Youre a strong communicator who builds relationships easily.
• Youre committed to learning teamwork and delivering results.
• Youre eligible to work in the UK.
