Broking & Production Team

Key Responsibilities

• Support brokers with renewals placements and client servicing activities.
• Prepare contracts endorsements presentations and market documentation.
• Liaise with clients reinsurers and internal teams to ensure smooth account management.
• Proactively build close relationships with clients and markets
• Monitor placement progress and maintain accurate records and systems.
• Assist with production initiative and reporting.
• Coordinate and build close relationships with claims accounting and compliance teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within insurance or reinsurance broking/account management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of London Market processes and systems.
• Familiarity with Property proportional and non-proportional treaty structures.
• Experience handling multinational or complex reinsurance programmes.
• Understanding of bordereaux premium settlements and claims reporting.
