About the Role:
Welocalize is seeking a BSL (British Sign Language) Video Specialist with strong technical video knowledge and hands-on experience in video editing. The role involves working on digital video content identifying and resolving playback or system issues and ensuring high-quality content delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and troubleshoot digital video and audio issues
• Ensure quality and consistency of video content
• Identify trends and propose solutions for recurring issues
• Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in British Sign Language (mandatory)
• 24 years of experience in digital video/video editing
• Strong understanding of video and audio technical issues
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with streaming/subscription video platforms
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Additional language proficiency (a plus)
