Salary Range: SCP 10 - 12 FTE 27694.00 - 28598.00 (24467.65 - 25266.33 pro rata salary)

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment

Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

The role of the Bridge Manager is to support students in our alternative provision. This space is designated to our vulnerable and SEND students. The Bridge Manager will provide the best educational space for our students the Bridge Manager works closely with TAs and our SENCO ensure the best learning environment is provided to all of the students in our care and meet the individual needs of these students which are provided with this provision.
