Bridal Sales Consultant

wed2b Exeter (In-store)

6 hours per week at 12.71 per hour commission

Help brides find their perfect dresswhile delivering exceptional sales results.

At wed2b our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.

Your day to day responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
  • Build rapport quickly and understand each customers style needs and budget
  • Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive consultative way
  • Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
  • Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results-driven environment

Who were looking for

  • Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role
  • A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A naturally empathetic and customer-focused approach
  • Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred)
  • Availability to work weekends including Saturdays

Due to the nature of the role which involves assisting brides in a state of undress applications are open only to females and transgender women with a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC). This is in line with an occupational requirement under the Equality Act.
