Breakfast Supervisor Part Time, 20 hours per week

Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Breakfast Supervisor to join our Garden Restaurant team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working mornings leading a team and creating memorable guest experiences in a friendly and professional environment.

As Breakfast Supervisor you will oversee the daily breakfast service ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service from start to finish. Working closely with the Food & Beverage management team you will lead by example supporting and motivating colleagues whilst maintaining high standards of food presentation cleanliness and customer care.

• Supervising and supporting the breakfast team during service.
• Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Assisting with staff training and team development.
• Managing breakfast setup service and closing duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness food safety and health & safety standards.
• Handling guest requests and resolving any issues professionally.
• Supporting stock control and daily operational requirements.

• Previous supervisory experience within hospitality catering or food & beverage.
• A positive hands-on approach and a passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a busy service period.
• A team player who enjoys motivating and supporting others.
