About the Role:

As a Breakfast Supervisor at Cairn Group youll lead the morning front-of-house team with a smile setting the tone for outstanding guest experiences from the moment service begins.

Whether welcoming guests supporting your team or ensuring operations run like clockwork youll bring energy professionalism and a sharp eye for detail. Youll lead by examplesupporting and training the team to deliver warm welcomes personalised service and seamless transitions from breakfast to brunch.

Youll take responsibility for maintaining high standards from table presentation to food safety protocols and youll work with the wider team to boost guest satisfaction drive revenue and create lasting memories that bring guests back time and again.
