Breakfast Chef – Luxury Boutique Hotel

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the kitchen brigade at one of Londons most charming boutique hotels located in the heart of Marylebone.

Part of an acclaimed hospitality group this stylish 4-star hotel combines character comfort and exceptional service. As Breakfast Chef youll be responsible for delivering a standout breakfast experience ensuring guests start their day with beautifully prepared dishes and first-class hospitality.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Breakfast Chef

• 15.50 per hour plus circa 4000 per annum service charge
• 40 hour contract with paid overtime
• 6:30am to 3pm shift pattern
• Working in a modern well-equipped kitchen

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef

• Taking ownership of the breakfast service and ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard
• Cooking a range of fresh breakfast dishes using quality seasonal ingredients
• Organising and preparing mise en place to ensure an efficient service
• Assisting with kitchen preparation for later services when required
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience

As Breakfast Chef youll be a key part of the kitchen team helping to create memorable mornings for guests while developing your skills within a respected luxury hotel group.
