Breakdown Claims Handler
Job Summary
Jigsaw (part of PIB Group) have a fantastic opportunity for a Breakdown Claims Handler to join us at our newly renovated and stylish head office in Harrogate. Answering inbound calls from customers wishing to make a claim on their policy.
Youll be dealing with customers who are in a variety of different situations; ranging from vehicles that wont start at a home address through to roadside breakdowns or road traffic closely with your team and providing excellent levels of customer service strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as a desire to join a fast growing energetic and modern business who invest in the development and wellbeing of all colleagues.
Hours of work are Wednesday Sunday 5am 12:30pm Friday.
Starting salary of 24754. Remote working applicable.
What you will be doing:
- Youll be answering inbound calls from customers wishing to make a claim on their policy
- Youll be dealing with customers who are in a variety of different situations; ranging from vehicles that wont start at a home address through to roadside breakdowns or road traffic accidents.
- You will offer verbal support and advice to customers regarding their breakdown or motor incident and whilst doing this youll be delivering a market leading standard of customer care
- In addition to speaking to our customers youll also liaise with our nationwide network of recovery agents and colleagues from other departments within the business.
