We are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for a 42-year-old gentleman living at home with his mother.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a small dedicated care team providing companionship reassurance and day-to-day support to a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury and epilepsy. While personal care and medication are managed by his mother your role will focus on providing consistent support encouraging engagement and maintaining a safe structured environment.
His mother has cared for him for many years and has created a well-established daily routine. We are looking for someone who will respect this routine work collaboratively with the family and provide reliable support that allows his mother valuable periods of respite.
