What Youll Do:

• Oversee all operations within the Boning Hall ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
• Lead mentor and develop a diverse team of Boning Hall Operatives inspiring them to excel in their roles.
• Coordinate production activities to meet client specifications quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage resources effectively to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing production metrics and implementing innovative solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for audits reports and regulatory requirements.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a meat processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and SOPs.
• Innovative problem-solving mindset with a track record of improving operational efficiencies.
• Ability to analyse production metrics and implement necessary changes.
