Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and maintain the highest standard of customer experience
- Take accurate customer orders and serve fresh food delicious cakes and beverages
- Assist in keeping the caffe front of house and back of house dining areas spotlessly clean
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
- Organize deliveries and ensure all display fridges and shelves are fully stocked
- Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Contribute to hospitality events
