Starting Pay and Compensation:
- Base weekly rate plus bonus
- For hours over 27 billable hours weekly:$30 bonus per hour
- For billable hours beyond 32 weekly: $40 bonus per hour
- Annual starting earnings potential including base pay and additional incentives starting pay ranges from $40000 to $50000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation reflecting our commitment to rewarding our teams hard work and dedication.

Requirements:We welcome candidates who align with the following criteria:
- Bachelors degreewith major course work in sociology social welfare psychology gerontology anthropology other related social sciences criminal justice theology nursing counseling or education;or
- Registered nurse;or
- High school diploma holdersand 12 semester credit hours in sociology social welfare psychology gerontology or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
