Role Description:We are looking for an organised and technically capable BIM Coordinator to support digital delivery across our Rail South West & Wales Business Unit. This role will help project teams produce accurate coordinated and compliant digital information across a range of rail and multidisciplinary projects. You will support information management processes Common Data Environment administration and digital coordination activities while continuing to build your experience in BIM project delivery and industry standards.
Role Accountabilities:- Support the production and coordination of digital deliverables including 3D models 2D drawings federated models and related project information.
- Carry out CDE administration and document control activities including support for MIDPs TIDPs information workflows and version control.
- Contribute to the application of information management standards and processes including EIRs BEPs ISO 19650 and Arcadis digital principles.
- Coordinate inputs across project teams GEC teams and external partners supporting clash detection model federation and multidisciplinary delivery.
- Provide day-to-day support to project teams and early career colleagues while helping manage quality risk schedules and continuous improvement.
- Degree apprenticeship degree or equivalent in an engineering technical or digital discipline.
- Experience supporting BIM digital delivery or information management within a project environment ideally in rail infrastructure or multidisciplinary design.
- Working knowledge of CDEs document control MIDPs TIDPs EIRs BEPs and relevant digital delivery or CAD standards including ISO 19650.
- Ability to use 23 digital tools confidently for modelling coordination or information management with experience of 3D models drawings federation or clash detection.
- Strong organisational communication and problem-solving skills with awareness of CDM health and safety and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
