As a BIM Manager you will play a key role in overseeing the implementation management and delivery of BIM processes across a range of projects. Youll lead coordination efforts drive best practices and support a collaborative design-focused studio where innovation and precision are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities for this BIM Manager role:

• Lead and manage BIM processes and workflows across multiple projects
• Oversee the development and coordination of detailed 3D Revit models
• Collaborate with architects engineers and consultants to ensure seamless model integration
• Establish maintain and enforce BIM standards protocols and documentation
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Ensure all models and outputs meet client and industry standards
• Monitor project delivery to ensure efficiency accuracy and quality

Key Requirements for this BIM Manager role:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a strong portfolio of delivered projects
• In-depth knowledge of BIM workflows standards and coordination processes
• Proven experience in a BIM leadership or senior technician role
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical detailing
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
• Relevant industry experience (minimum 45 years preferred)
