As Turner & Townsend continues to grow and secure some of the worlds most complex and high-profile commissions we are expanding our Bid Management and Business Generation capability across the UK. We are seeking talented bid professionals at all levels to support our ambitious growth plans and help shape winning client solutions.

We are looking for individuals across the full bid profession spectrum including:

• Senior Bid Leaders who lead geographically dispersed bid teams and drive bid excellence across multiple locations and sectors.
• Major Bid Managers who can lead complex high-value strategic pursuits involving multiple business units joint venture partners and specialist contributors.
• Bid Managers who thrive in coordinating multidisciplinary teams managing bid programmes and developing compelling client-focused submissions.
• Bid Writers and Proposal Specialists who can translate technical expertise into persuasive high-quality responses that differentiate Turner & Townsend in the market.
• Emerging Bid Professionals and Coordinators looking to develop their careers within a supportive and high-performing bid community.

Whether you are an experienced pursuit leader a skilled bid manager an accomplished writer or someone looking to develop a career in bid management you will play an important role in helping Turner & Townsend win grow and deliver for our clients.

Working alongside business generation leaders technical specialists account teams and senior stakeholders you will contribute to strategic pursuits across infrastructure real estate energy defence programme delivery and consulting services helping to secure opportunities that shape the built environment and drive sustainable growth for our business.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrable bid experience ideally industry relevant
