The Role

Are you an enthusiastic creative and dedicated hospitalityprofessional We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join this role you will be the life and soul of our bar service craftingbeautiful drinks and delivering prompt professional Food & Beverageservice. If you have a friendly bubbly attitude and a genuine drive to provideexceptional guest care youll fit right in with our vibrant team.

What youll be doing:

  • Setting the Stage: Warmly welcoming guests with a friendly positive demeanour that sets the perfect tone for their evening.
  • Crafting Experiences: Utilizing your mixology skills to serve classic cocktails fine wines spirits and expert barista coffee to a premium standard.
  • Maintaining Excellence: Ensuring bar service areas are kept immaculately clean and hygienic following daily cleaning schedules and upholding our high service standards.
  • Team Synergy: Supporting the wider team with a hands-on approach to setting up clearing tables and keeping operations running smoothly during busy periods.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience working behind a bar with a strong foundation in classic cocktails and the art of mixology.
  • Good overall product knowledge (wines spirits beers) and previous barista experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle busy fast-paced situations with ease.
  • Contract & Flexibility: This is a permanent full-time contract working 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7. Shifts will include evenings weekends and bank holidays. Part-time hours are available if preferred.
