About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Bendi / Flexi Driver to join our small friendly team of 10 based in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team takes pride in their work and can help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving stacking and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Picking and preparing orders accurately.
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and stock is handled with care.
• Maintaining a clean tidy and organised warehouse.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties when required.

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift.
• A valid and in-date Bendi/Flexi licence.
• Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach.
• A reliable punctual and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
