Behavioural & Attendance Administrator Alcester, Warwickshire

We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Behaviour & Attendance Administrator to support the effective management of student behaviour and attendance. This role is key in ensuring accurate record-keeping clear communication and timely support for students families and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance punctuality and behaviour incidents

• Monitor daily attendance and follow up on absences in line with school procedures

• Support behaviour systems including logging incidents detentions and sanctions

• Communicate with parents/carers regarding attendance and behaviour concerns

• Produce reports and data for senior leaders pastoral staff and external agencies

• Provide administrative support to the pastoral safeguarding and attendance teams
