Previous School Experience Essential

A high-performing secondary school in Westminster is looking for an experienced Behaviour Manager to join its pastoral team.

Previous experience working within a school is essential ideally in a secondary setting. Candidates from Behaviour Manager Pastoral Manager Inclusion or Student Support backgrounds will be considered.

This is a visible role across the school working directly with students staff and families to maintain high standards of behaviour.

The Role
  • Managing day-to-day behaviour systems

  • Leading targeted behaviour interventions

  • Monitoring behaviour incidents and patterns

  • Supporting students with persistent behaviour concerns

  • Working closely with Heads of Year and SLT

  • Running restorative conversations

  • Supporting internal inclusion and reflection

  • Liaising with parents and carers

  • Maintaining accurate behaviour records

  • Contributing to wider pastoral strategies

About You

Youll need to be calm consistent and confident when dealing with challenging situations. Experience supporting students with SEMH needs safeguarding concerns or complex behaviour would be beneficial.
