Previous School Experience Essential

An established independent secondary school in Leeds is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager to join its pastoral leadership team.

Previous school experience is essential ideally within a secondary school and in a behaviour pastoral or inclusion position.

Your Responsibilities
  • Leading day-to-day behaviour management

  • Supporting students with behavioural concerns

  • Coordinating behaviour interventions

  • Monitoring incidents and trends

  • Working with Heads of Year and SLT

  • Liaising with families

  • Supporting restorative approaches

  • Maintaining behaviour records

  • Supporting students following sanctions

  • Contributing to pastoral strategy

About You

You should be confident resilient and consistent with the ability to build positive relationships while maintaining clear expectations.

Experience with SEMH safeguarding restorative practice or complex behaviour would be beneficial.
