As Behaviour Manager youll work proactively with students families and staff to promote positive behaviour and ensure every pupil has the opportunity to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the schools internal behaviour support provision

• Supporting students who require targeted behavioural interventions

• Working closely with Heads of Year SEND and safeguarding teams

• Monitoring behaviour attendance and punctuality implementing support where needed

• Meeting with parents and carers to review behaviour targets and progress

• Maintaining accurate student records and behaviour logs

• Promoting restorative approaches that encourage positive outcomes
