An Outstanding secondary school in Camden is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager to take a leading role within its pastoral and inclusion provision.
Previous school-based experience is essential. You should have a strong understanding of secondary school behaviour systems and experience working with students who require additional pastoral or behavioural support.
Overseeing behaviour across the school
Managing targeted interventions
Supporting Heads of Year and pastoral staff
Monitoring attendance punctuality and behaviour
Supporting students following sanctions
Conducting restorative meetings
Communicating with parents and carers
Supporting behaviour improvement plans
Analysing behaviour data
Helping ensure school policies are applied consistently
Youll be approachable but able to maintain clear boundaries. The school would particularly value experience with SEMH challenging behaviour safeguarding and restorative approaches.
