As Site Manager youll oversee the day-to-day operation of the school premises ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard and the site remains safe secure and fully operational.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the daily operation of the school site

• Carrying out and coordinating maintenance works

• Supervising contractors and service providers

• Ensuring health and safety compliance across the premises

• Managing site security and access arrangements

• Supporting planned maintenance and improvement projects

The successful candidate will be practical organised and confident managing a busy site. Previous experience within site management caretaking facilities or estates management is essential.
