We are seeking a BDR Manager EMEA to lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) driving pipeline generation and supporting revenue growth across the region.
In this role youll play a key part in scaling Ideagens growth by building a motivated high-energy team culture focused on performance accountability and continuous improvement. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on coach youll demonstrate best practice set the standard for excellence and create an environment where individuals and the team can thrive and consistently overachieve.
Responsibilities
Lead coach and develop a team of Business Development Representatives to deliver consistent high performance
Act as a role model by demonstrating best-in-class business development behaviours techniques and standards
Build and execute structured development plans to support individual and team progression
Create a high-energy positive and motivating team environment that drives engagement and results
Inspire and motivate the team to exceed pipeline activity and performance targets
Drive pipeline generation and qualification to support regional revenue growth
Monitor team performance using data and insights to continuously optimise outputs and conversion rates
Recruit hire and onboard high-potential BDR talent building a strong future talent pipeline
Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align on strategy and execution
Ensure effective use of sales tools and CRM systems
Establish scalable processes frameworks and ways of working to improve team effectiveness
Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of pipeline performance
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in BDR/SDR leadership ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
Track record of building coaching and developing high-performing teams
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a genuine passion for developing others
High energy enthusiasm and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to perform at their best
Leads by example with a hands-on approach and willingness to demonstrate best practice
Results-driven with a strong focus on accountability and achieving targets
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and act on insights
Experience recruiting and developing top talent with future sales potential
Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced evolving environment with a proactive solutions-focused mindset
