Job Summary
Subject to formal establishment a vacancy will arise for an OF4 to serve as BCM Requirements Manager at MOD Abbey Wood on Full Time Reservist Service (FTRS) Limited Commitment (LC)Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 1 Dec 26.
This is a superb opportunity to lead and ensure that operational functional and technical requirements are effectively translated into coherent capability solutions balancing stakeholder needs strategic priorities and delivery constraints.
Responsible to OF5 BCM for leading the capture of development validation and management of business user and operational requirements across the programme. |
Maintain the requirements baseline and ensure full traceability from business need through design testing and implementation. |
Work with the Systems Integrator (IBM for DEEAMS Digital Allies for DLIS) and the relevant BMfS Project Teams understanding how the technical capability can be exploited and integrated into the MCs. |
Enforce requirements governance assurance and change control processes in line with programme governance including provision of assurance at governance boards. |
Maintain complete situational awareness for the delivery of all BMfS Projects into the MCs / EOs |
Provide clear and accurate reporting up to Pg level that is cohered across multiple Projects including Business Change dashboard creation progress reports and DPs. |
Analyse the information environment to identify opportunities risks and adversary narratives informing influence planning. |
Drive a continuous improvement culture and best practice in requirements management. |
