• Assemble lithium-ion battery cells modules and battery packs.
  
• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
  
• Carry out quality inspections and product testing.
  
• Diagnose and report manufacturing defects.
  
• Follow engineering drawings and standard operating procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  
• Work safely within a clean manufacturing environment.
  
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Electronics or Chemical Engineering
  

• Experience within manufacturing production automotive aerospace electronics engineering or battery production.
  

• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
  

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
  

• Ability to work shifts where required.
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  

• NVQ Level 2/3 apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification is desirable.
