As Bartender you will deliver exceptional beverage experiences by preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards ensuring quality consistency and presentation at all times. You will create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere combining technical expertise with a passion for guest service while supporting the smooth operation of the bar and contributing to an outstanding and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wines and spirits in line with recipes and brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar equipment and service areas
• Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure all ingredients meet quality standards
• Monitor stock levels replenishing ice glassware supplies and beverages as required
• Transport and organise supplies to ensure readiness for service
• Process guest payments accurately handling cash and card transactions
• Anticipate guest needs providing attentive and personalised service
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Follow all health safety and hygiene standards at all times

Core Competencies

We are seeking a confident and servicedriven individual with a passion for hospitality and beverage excellence. You should have:

• Proven experience in a bar or beverage service role ideally within a luxury or highend environment
• Good knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and bar operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• A guestfocused approach with a passion for delivering memorable experiences
