Job Summary
- 12.71 per hour
- Full time position 40 hours per week mainly evening shifts and weekends
- Additional share of the service charge and tips every month
- Greet guests take orders and serve food and drinks
- Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions
- Take ownership of guests requirements and food allergies
- Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments
- Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues
- Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures
Qualifications :
- Experienced bartender
- Knowledge of traditional cocktails and spirits
- Experience with handling guest queries and complaints
- Natural passion and flair for the industry and food
- A calm mature approach
- Ambition to succeed at the highest levels
- Dedicated team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative when needed
- Willing to learn new things
