Whatyoulldo:

• Prepare and serve beverages
  • Make high-quality coffees (espresso latte cappuccino etc.) teas and other drinks following company recipes and standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service
  • Greet customers warmly take orders accurately handle payments and create a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain product knowledge
  • Understand menu items ingredients and allergens to confidently answer customer queries and make recommendations.
• Operate coffee equipment
  • Use and maintain espresso machines grinders and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene
  • Keep the café workstations and equipment clean and compliant with food safety and health regulations.
• Handle cash and transactions
  • Process payments using tills or POS systems accurately and responsibly.
